Looking ahead and things to celebrate!

Uncategorized Nov 06, 2020

Well, if this year has taught us one thing, it’s resilience and the ability to adapt to change quickly! When it became apparent LIMF 2020 would not go ahead as originally planned, we were most disappointed. Thankfully, we still had things to celebrate: our 2020 ensembles were happy to reschedule, and we were able to offer a virtual festival and share highlights of previous festival performances as well as a preview of future festival participants! The best news is that we continue to have things to celebrate!

We are moving ahead with LIMF 2021 and also 2022 concurrently. What’s not to celebrate about that? More and more ensembles from around the UK and the world are planning their future LIMF participation and we cannot wait to welcome them to London!

So, what’s new?

Our new-look website is now live and we’ve made some exciting changes to the application and registration process!

We are also creating some new opportunities for participation in 2021 and 2022 with details going live within weeks!

All of the new opportunities and updates will be sent out in our upcoming newsletter. We applaud all ensembles for their resilience in challenging times. Their ingenuity to keep the music going is something to be proud of and we’re so thankful to them for keeping us entertained and inspired.
